Use the Worry Box
If you have any worry, no matter how small, please use the worry box. Our safeguarding team checks this system every weekday (Monday to Friday), so we can respond to you as soon as we receive your message. You can rest assured that we will get in touch promptly.
Please note that the system is not monitored during school holidays or outside school hours (evenings and weekends). If you are feeling distressed or anxious during these times, it’s very important to reach out to other trusted support services: Shout or Kooth, both of which have been recommended by our pupils and found to be very helpful.

Shout – You can text 85258 for free or visit www.giveusashout.org. Trained volunteers are available to support anyone experiencing depression, anxiety, abuse, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, relationship problems, or bullying.
Kooth – Visit www.kooth.com for an online mental wellbeing community designed for young people.
